- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Wash strawberries under cool water, remove stems, and slice them in half.
- In a blender, combine fresh basil leaves and honey/agave syrup; blend until smooth.
- Add halved strawberries and lemon juice to the blender; blend until fully combined.
- Gradually mix in water until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours or until solid; run warm water over molds to release popsicles before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute basil with mint for a different flavor twist.
- For creamier popsicles, mix in a dollop of yogurt before freezing.
