Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh fruit (bananas, berries, or mangoes)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup spinach or kale (optional)
  • Popsicle molds

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the fruit into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, coconut milk, and greens. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours until solid.
  5. To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds briefly.
