Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh fruit (bananas, berries, or mangoes)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup spinach or kale (optional)
- Popsicle molds
Instructions
- Wash and chop the fruit into small pieces.
- In a blender, combine the fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, coconut milk, and greens. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours until solid.
- To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds briefly.
