Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar, and salt until combined.
- In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
- Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined; some lumps are fine.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
- Pour batter onto the skillet in ghost shapes. Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve topped with whipped cream ghosts and mini chocolate chip eyes.
