- 1 cup shredded cabbage

- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by gathering all ingredients and filling a large bowl with warm water.
- Soak one rice paper wrapper in warm water for 10-15 seconds until pliable. Lay it flat on a clean surface.
- In a bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, garlic, herbs, and soy sauce; mix gently.
- Place approximately two tablespoons of filling at the edge of the soaked wrapper. Fold over both sides tightly and roll from bottom to top.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of oil. Cook each dumpling for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
