Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed (seedless)
  • 1 cup cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 5 mint leaves (more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the produce by chopping watermelon into cubes and slicing the cucumber into smaller pieces.
