Ingredients

  • 1 cup water or broth
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. In the Instant Pot, combine rinsed rice, water (or broth), salt, and butter or oil.
  3. Seal the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
  4. Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then switch to quick release.
  5. Carefully fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
