Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve a small amount of the pasta water.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant and golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce and cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water if necessary for moisture.
- Stir in sliced green onions and freshly cracked black pepper. Adjust seasoning as desired.
- Plate the noodles and top with grated Parmesan cheese and cilantro if using. Serve warm.
