Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Add eggs one at a time to the butter mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in honey and vanilla extract.
  5. Gently fold in diced peaches and dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool completely on wire racks before frosting with cream cheese frosting (beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth).
