Description

Chocolate peanut butter cookies are the ultimate sweet treat, blending rich chocolate and creamy peanut butter into soft, chewy perfection. These easy-to-make cookies are sure to please everyone!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
  3. In another bowl, beat granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until well combined.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are firm but centers remain slightly soft.
  7. Allow to cool on sheets for five minutes before transferring to wire racks.

Notes

  • For a nutty twist, try using almond butter instead of peanut butter.
  •  Add a pinch of sea salt on top before baking for an extra flavor boost!
