Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels to ensure crispiness.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Coat shrimp in the flour mixture and fry in batches for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha until smooth.
- Toss the fried shrimp in the sauce until well-coated.
- Serve on lettuce leaves garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
