- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Bake crust for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Gently fold in chopped strawberries. Spread the mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight to set before slicing into squares.
