- 4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, romaine)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions
- Sear the Steak: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Rest the Steak: Remove from heat and let the steak rest for at least 10 minutes to retain juices.
- Prep the Veggies: While the steak rests, wash and chop mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. Combine in a large bowl.
- Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinaigrette ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Slice the Steak: After resting, slice the steak against the grain into thin strips and arrange on top of the salad.
- Combine: Drizzle dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together. Top with crumbled feta cheese.
Notes
- Use high-quality steak for better flavor.
- Feel free to substitute vegetables based on your preferences or seasonal availability.
