Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together Sriracha sauce, honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour half of the glaze over it, ensuring even coverage.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Drizzle the remaining glaze over the cooked chicken and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
