Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1/2 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together Sriracha sauce, honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, and sesame oil until well combined.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour half of the glaze over it, ensuring even coverage.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Drizzle the remaining glaze over the cooked chicken and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
