  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (red or yellow)
  • 1 lb chicken breast or shrimp, diced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the chopped bell peppers and cook until slightly softened.
