- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream (softened)
- ½ cup chocolate syrup
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and cocoa powder in a bowl. Mix in melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press firmly into a pie dish.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes until slightly firm. Let cool completely.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually blend in softened vanilla ice cream until fluffy.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top. Drizzle chocolate syrup generously over the filling.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top just before serving.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least four hours or until solid.
