  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 2 fresh jalapeños, diced
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup ketchup (for glaze)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp pepper sauce (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the onions and jalapeños in a skillet over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, sautéed mixture, breadcrumbs, eggs, cheese, and half of the ranch dressing. Mix gently until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf on a lined baking sheet or in a loaf pan.
  5. Spread ketchup generously on top for glazing.
  6. Bake for 60–70 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. While baking, mix sour cream with pepper sauce for the drizzle. Serve slices warm topped with ranch drizzle.
