- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 2 fresh jalapeños, diced
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup ketchup (for glaze)
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp pepper sauce (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté the onions and jalapeños in a skillet over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, sautéed mixture, breadcrumbs, eggs, cheese, and half of the ranch dressing. Mix gently until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf on a lined baking sheet or in a loaf pan.
- Spread ketchup generously on top for glazing.
- Bake for 60–70 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- While baking, mix sour cream with pepper sauce for the drizzle. Serve slices warm topped with ranch drizzle.
