  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken in a mixture of apple juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, mustard powder, and cayenne pepper to create the BBQ sauce.
