- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb white fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine shrimp and fish fillets; season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and half of the basil.
- In a saucepan, heat marinara sauce and heavy cream until simmering.
- Spread a thin layer of sauce in the baking dish. Layer with noodles, seafood mixture, more sauce, and one-third of the cheese. Repeat layers ending with noodles topped by remaining sauce and cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving; garnish with remaining basil.
