Description

Ingredients

  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb white fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp and fish fillets; season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and half of the basil.
  3. In a saucepan, heat marinara sauce and heavy cream until simmering.
  4. Spread a thin layer of sauce in the baking dish. Layer with noodles, seafood mixture, more sauce, and one-third of the cheese. Repeat layers ending with noodles topped by remaining sauce and cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving; garnish with remaining basil.
