- 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
- 4 green onions, chopped

- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 eggs (optional)
Instructions
- Gather and chop all ingredients.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned and crumbly.
- Stir in minced garlic until fragrant. Mix in the Korean BBQ sauce until the beef is well-coated.
- Add shredded carrots and broccoli to the skillet. Sauté for about 3–4 minutes until vegetables soften slightly.
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice in bowls. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds; top with a fried egg if desired.
