- 1 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped

Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into cubes and peel/chop the cucumber into smaller pieces.
- In a blender, combine the watermelon, cucumber, mint leaves, lime juice, honey or agave syrup, and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice as needed.
