Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups ripe watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (to taste)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into cubes and peel/chop the cucumber into smaller pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the watermelon, cucumber, mint leaves, lime juice, honey or agave syrup, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice as needed.
  4. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with mint or cucumber slices.
  5. Serve immediately while cold for the best experience.

Notes

  • For a thicker smoothie, use frozen watermelon instead of fresh.
  •  Add spinach for extra nutrients without altering the flavor.
