Experience a burst of summer with this refreshing Memorial Day Berry Frozen Yogurt—a delightful blend of fresh berries and creamy yogurt that’s perfect for warm gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Rinse the mixed berries under cool water and pat dry.
  2. In a blender, combine the berries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if desired.
  4. Pour into an airtight container or ice cream maker bowl. Freeze for 4-6 hours until firm.
  5. Stir every hour if not using an ice cream maker for a creamy consistency.

Notes

  •  Use ripe berries for the best flavor.
  • Substitute Greek yogurt with non-dairy options for a lactose-free version.
