Enjoy a refreshing instant coffee iced coffee that’s quick to prepare, deliciously creamy, and perfect for warm days or cozy evenings with friends.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1 cup hot water
  • ½ cup whole milk (or milk alternative)
  • 12 teaspoons sugar (or sweetener of choice)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a kettle until it reaches a rolling boil. Place 2 tablespoons of instant coffee in a heatproof mug.
  2. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the instant coffee. Stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Add sugar or sweetener to taste, stirring to combine.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then chill in the fridge.
  5. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour the cooled coffee mixture over the ice.
  6. Top with ½ cup of milk or milk alternative and stir gently to combine. Enjoy!
