- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 1 cup hot water
- ½ cup whole milk (or milk alternative)
- 1–2 teaspoons sugar (or sweetener of choice)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Boil water in a kettle until it reaches a rolling boil. Place 2 tablespoons of instant coffee in a heatproof mug.
- Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the instant coffee. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Add sugar or sweetener to taste, stirring to combine.
- Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then chill in the fridge.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour the cooled coffee mixture over the ice.
- Top with ½ cup of milk or milk alternative and stir gently to combine. Enjoy!
