Description

Ravioli lasagna is a delightful and comforting dish that layers creamy cheese, savory marinara sauce, and delicious ravioli, making it perfect for family dinners or cozy gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz cheese-filled ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese (whole milk)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (low-moisture)
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (optional)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Layer half of the ravioli over the sauce, followed by dollops of the ricotta mixture.
  5. Add another layer of marinara sauce, remaining ravioli, more ricotta mixture, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes to brown the top.
  7. Allow it to rest before slicing to maintain perfect layers.
