- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, combine raspberries, lemon juice, and cornstarch; gently mix until coated.
- Pour raspberry filling over the crust and sprinkle remaining crumble on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool before cutting.
