Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, bran cereal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth. Pour into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in raisins carefully without overmixing.
- Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
