Instructions

- Chop the bell peppers, onion, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.

- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté garlic and onions until translucent (3-4 minutes).
- Add bell peppers and zucchini; cook until slightly tender (about 5 minutes).
- Nestle the seasoned chicken in the skillet. Sear each side for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
