Description

Savor the sweetness of summer with this easy grilled corn on the cob recipe, perfect for backyard barbecues and family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • Optional toppings: chopped cilantro, lime juice, grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Soak the corn (with husks) in cool water for 30 minutes to retain moisture while grilling.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F/200°C).
  3. Shake off excess water and place the corn directly onto the grill grates.
  4. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes for even cooking and char marks.
  5. Once cooked, remove from the grill and slather with butter. Season with salt and pepper as desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try adding lime juice and chili powder after grilling.
  •  Experiment with flavored butters or different spices to customize your corn.
