- 6 oz pepperoni slices
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
- Evenly spread mozzarella cheese over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Layer pepperoni slices on top.
- Starting from one end, tightly roll the dough into a log shape and pinch the edges to seal.
- Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch pieces and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush each slice with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
