Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 6 oz pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Evenly spread mozzarella cheese over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Layer pepperoni slices on top.
  4. Starting from one end, tightly roll the dough into a log shape and pinch the edges to seal.
  5. Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch pieces and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Brush each slice with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
