- 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, raspberries, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Let sit for a few minutes.
- In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, remaining granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Spread the fruit mixture in a baking dish and top evenly with the oat mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving warm.
Notes
- Substitute blueberries or blackberries for different flavors.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for extra indulgence.
