Description

Peach Raspberry Crisp is a delightful blend of juicy peaches and tart raspberries, crowned with a crunchy oat topping. This easy-to-make dessert will be a hit at any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, raspberries, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Let sit for a few minutes.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, remaining granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  4. Spread the fruit mixture in a baking dish and top evenly with the oat mixture.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

  • Substitute blueberries or blackberries for different flavors.
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for extra indulgence.
