Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth.
