Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an oven-safe skillet or baking dish with olive oil.
- Sauté cherry tomatoes and spinach in the prepared dish over medium heat until spinach wilts and tomatoes soften.
- Crumble feta cheese over the sautéed vegetables, covering them evenly.
