Description

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Warm Milk (about 110°F)
  • ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 cup chopped Peaches (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour and cinnamon. Gradually stir in the yeast mixture and knead until smooth (5-7 minutes).
  3. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm spot until doubled (about 1 hour).
  4. Prepare the filling by mixing softened butter with sugar and cinnamon; then add chopped peaches.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the peach filling evenly on top.
  6. Roll tightly, slice into 12 pieces, place cut side up in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Mix powdered sugar with vanilla extract and enough milk for drizzling; glaze rolls after cooling slightly.
