Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
- In another bowl, mix flour and cinnamon. Gradually stir in the yeast mixture and knead until smooth (5-7 minutes).
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm spot until doubled (about 1 hour).
- Prepare the filling by mixing softened butter with sugar and cinnamon; then add chopped peaches.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the peach filling evenly on top.
- Roll tightly, slice into 12 pieces, place cut side up in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar with vanilla extract and enough milk for drizzling; glaze rolls after cooling slightly.
