Instructions
- Boil water in a medium pot. Add the large eggs gently and cook for 6-7 minutes for soft-boiled yolks.
- Transfer the cooked eggs to an ice bath for at least 5 minutes before peeling.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mayonnaise, Sriracha, sesame oil, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Peel the eggs and soak them in the sauce mixture for at least 10-15 minutes.
