- 1 lb frozen crinkle-cut French fries
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the frozen fries on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle cheese and jalapeños over the hot fries, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Top with sour cream and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic powder to the fries before baking.
- Customize toppings by adding avocado, olives, or different types of cheese.
