Description

Loaded fries are the ultimate crowd-pleaser, combining crispy potatoes with melted cheese and zesty toppings. Perfect for parties or cozy nights in!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb frozen crinkle-cut French fries
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread the frozen fries on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  4. Remove from the oven, sprinkle cheese and jalapeños over the hot fries, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
  5. Top with sour cream and chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add garlic powder to the fries before baking.
  •  Customize toppings by adding avocado, olives, or different types of cheese.
