  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and measuring spices.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown on both sides (5-7 minutes each side).
  3. Once nearly cooked through, add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant. Add spinach and stir until wilted.
  4. Pour in diced tomatoes and heavy cream, stirring gently. Mix in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until well combined.
