- Place about a teaspoon of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten two edges with water and seal tightly into triangles or purses.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the wontons in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Transfer to paper towels to drain excess oil and serve hot.
