- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Tortilla chips or fresh veggies for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil the chicken breasts in water for about 15 minutes until fully cooked.
- Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
