Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch round cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. Melt dark chocolate and unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk granulated sugar and eggs together until pale and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
