- 1 cup hot fudge sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- In another bowl, beat eggs lightly. Add canola oil and hot fudge sauce; mix until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined. Avoid over-mixing.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips for extra fudginess.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. A toothpick inserted should come out mostly clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
