- 4 cups fresh carrots, sliced
- 1/4 cup pure honey
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
