- 1/2 cup pure honey
- 1/4 cup high-quality balsamic vinegar

- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, and olive oil until smooth.
- Place seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour the marinade over to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs on top before baking for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with roasted veggies or rice.
