Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, chicken, bell peppers, and Italian seasoning until combined.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from one long edge and pinch the seams to seal.
  6. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with extra seasoning.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
