- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)
- 1 tsp dried dill weed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain the tuna and flake it into bite-sized pieces in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the lemon juice until smooth.
- Add the chopped celery, diced onion, halved tomatoes, and flaked tuna to the yogurt mixture.
- Stir in dill weed, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
