Ingredients

  • 2 cans solid white albacore tuna (5 oz each), drained
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna and flake it into bite-sized pieces in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Add the chopped celery, diced onion, halved tomatoes, and flaked tuna to the yogurt mixture.
  4. Stir in dill weed, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
