Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and bell peppers. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic, cumin, and chili powder. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned thoroughly, approximately 7-10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper while stirring occasionally; adjust seasoning as needed.
- Reduce heat slightly and let everything simmer together for another 5 minutes to meld flavors.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
