Instructions
- Shuck the corn, removing all husks and silk.
- Soak the cobs in cold water for 30 minutes to retain moisture while grilling.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C) and lightly oil the grates.
- Place soaked corn directly on the grill, cooking for 10-15 minutes. Rotate every few minutes until kernels are tender and slightly charred.
- Remove from grill and slather with butter; sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Add optional toppings if desired.
