Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C) and grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let rest for five minutes before slicing.
  3. Chop romaine lettuce and halve cherry tomatoes.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat; layer with romaine lettuce, sliced chicken, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and drizzle with Caesar dressing.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to another and slice diagonally in half for serving.
