- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts in olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C) and grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let rest for five minutes before slicing.
- Chop romaine lettuce and halve cherry tomatoes.
- Lay a tortilla flat; layer with romaine lettuce, sliced chicken, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and drizzle with Caesar dressing.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to another and slice diagonally in half for serving.
