Instructions
- Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour.

- Place the seasoned salmon on the soaked cedar plank, optionally drizzling with maple syrup.
- Grill the cedar plank salmon over indirect heat for 15-20 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately with extra lemon wedges.
