- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and lemon zest to create the marinade.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let sit for 15-30 minutes while preheating the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and transfer marinated salmon to it. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and tender.
- Sprinkle with sliced green onions before serving.
