Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sirloin or Ribeye Steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced)
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 8 oz Rigatoni Pasta
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (finely chopped)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Chop parsley and cut steak into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Boil rigatoni in salted water until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a skillet, melt half the butter over medium-high heat. Add steak and sear for about 3–4 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Lower heat, add minced garlic, and stir until fragrant. Then, add the rest of the butter.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes before adding Parmesan cheese.
  6. Toss cooked rigatoni into the skillet and stir until coated with sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
