Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb Sirloin or Ribeye Steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 4 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced)
- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 8 oz Rigatoni Pasta
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (finely chopped)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Chop parsley and cut steak into bite-sized pieces.
- Boil rigatoni in salted water until al dente, then drain.
- In a skillet, melt half the butter over medium-high heat. Add steak and sear for about 3–4 minutes on each side until browned.
- Lower heat, add minced garlic, and stir until fragrant. Then, add the rest of the butter.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes before adding Parmesan cheese.
- Toss cooked rigatoni into the skillet and stir until coated with sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
- For added flavor, let steak tips rest after searing for juiciness.
- Swap rigatoni for penne or add sautéed mushrooms for variation.
- Reserve a bit of pasta water before draining to enhance creaminess.
