Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss together sliced peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon until well coated.
  3. Grease a baking dish and evenly spread the peach mixture across the bottom.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt.
  5. Add cold butter cubes to the dry ingredients. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to mix until crumbly.
  6. Spread the crumble topping over the peaches.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
